We at The Core Center believe that through the work of Joseph Pilates everyone can strive to be stronger and more flexible, have better posture and a stronger back, can tone the abdominal area, and have better lung capacity.  We believe one can obtain better health overall and achieve a less stressful life.  Our experienced and certified teachers excel in their teaching abilities and are willing to help everyone reach their wellness goals.  We are proud to be Augusta’s first and only fully-equipped Pilates studio.
